Our Story
Diagnosed with Stage IV esophageal cancer, Stephen was given just four months to live. In search of treatment options, he sequenced his whole exome genome and used the data to identify and obtain access to novel immunotherapies including a personalized neoantigen vaccine.
He survived and thrived for three full years beyond expectations, and it became his mission to bring his approach to the masses.
Stephen passed away in July, 2020, due to complications from radiation treatments, not from the cancer itself. His loss only strengthens our resolve to make safer options faster and more accessible.
